We are seeking a Sr. UX Web Designer to join our clients team. As a Sr. UX Web Designer, you will shape and articulate the vision for B2B web, in line with marketing objectives and brand pillars. In this role, you will innovate the web experience to guide customers through their journey, aiding them in discovering our clients product bundles tailored to their business goals. You will deeply engage in end-to-end experience design, utilizing storyboards, journey maps, flow diagrams, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to convey design ideas and direction. Must be experienced using AI tools to ideate and speed up repetitive tasks.This is an opportunity to shape the user experience in ways that solve meaningful problems, design with a focus on inclusivity and accessibility, and create economic opportunity for every member. You will collaborate with web marketers, SEO experts, CROs, Martech, Engineering, Brand team and producers to help you achieve your vision. The role reports to the Design Group Manager.

We are looking for an AI B2B UX design expert who has many years of experience in the following:
● Create inventive and innovative design solutions tailored for product education, acquisition, and activation experiences aimed at guiding diverse B2B customers with varying backgrounds and unique business requirements.
● Collaborate with web owners, engineers, content strategy, and user research to shape web experiences, contribute to roadmap planning, and contribute to a user-centered design process.
● Communicate clear and compelling ideas to key stakeholders through presentations, reviews, and documentation.
● Generate detailed final design specs that serve as inspiration for accurate developer builds.
● Act as a bridge connecting design, marketing and engineering teams.
● Oversee multiple web projects and contribute to interfaces, design systems, and agentic experiences that adhere to best practices in accessibility.
● Work closely with developers, web producers, and quality experts to ensure the delivery of a polished final product.
● Document, promote and educate others on components, interactive features, and design patterns.
● Collaborate with developers on components requirements.
● Generate web and agentic experiences through flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to support the design process; work with user research, utilizing formal and informal methods to interpret user needs, gather requirements
● Apply learnings from web analytics to iterate and improve experiences as needed
● Align with content strategy and business objectives to streamline the user experience and collaborate closely with the internal teams on content sourcing, SEO requirements, taxonomies, and metadata.
● Understand the power of personalization for different audiences and both global and local markets
The ideal candidate has:
● 5+ years of experience designing and delivering B2B websites from start to finish as part of a cross-functional team.
● Deep understanding of user-centered design and systems thinking, demonstrating the ability to step back and perceive a project’s larger ecosystem, focusing on solutions that enhance not just one feature but the entire user flow.
● Exceptional storytelling and prototyping skills used to effectively communicate solutions to key partners and leadership.
● Self-starter with a passion for learning
● Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to build and develop close, trusting relationships.
● Organization and project management skills with ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt plans through change
● Internal compass oriented toward ethics and equality.
● Experience using analytics and user research to inform decisions.
● Experience using and contributing to design systems.
● Experience developing software with a global reach, responsive design, and catering to users of multiple languages and abilities.
● Expert knowledge of current design tools such as Figma and Adobe, coupled with the ability to quickly learn new AI tools as they emerge.
