the Paid Media Manager - Global Performance Marketing is responsible for developing, executing and optimising cutting-edge digital campaigns (e.g. search, display, social) to drive measurable business goals and impact. This role requires expertise in paid channels and platforms, understanding performance metrics (e.g. CPA, ROAS, conversion costs and rates) to drive
quality lead generation, and cross-functional collaboration to create an integrated marketing approach.
You:
We are looking for someone with extensive B2B paid media marketing experience who will drive:
Digital Strategy Planning & Development:
Work closely with Senior Paid Media Manager to design and implement paid media strategies across priority and global markets
Plan, execute and optimise campaigns across channels like Google ads, social and display/programmatic platforms
Continuously monitor and apply ongoing optimisations for better campaign performance, including keyword strategy, bidding, audience targeting, and copy
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Track, analyse and help manage ad budgets efficiently to maximise campaign performance
Recommend and design A/B tests for ad copy, landing pages and targeting to improve results
Research & Data:
Stay updated on industry trends and focus on AI transformation
Understand ongoing best practices and new technologies
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with other marketing disciplines (SEO, Content, Brand), sales, and product teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless experience
Creative Thinking:
Ability to work with agency partners to develop compelling ad copy, effective assets and visuals
Experience in crafting messaging for different audience segments
Buyer Feedback:
Collect, analyse, and stay informed of buyer feedback through internal surveys, review sites, and other channels to inform optimisation efforts
Project Management:
Oversee the implementation of campaigns, ensuring projects are completed on time and with required review and approvals
