To support this momentum, we are looking for a highly organized and business-savvy Executive Assistant to join our remote team.

As an Executive Assistant at Learning Genie, you will play a critical role in supporting our CEO and executive team. You will lead initiatives that ensure efficient administrative operations, contribute to business development through strong communication and outreach, and support decision-making through data analysis and project coordination.

This role is ideal for a high-performing, detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates exceptionally well, and is energized by supporting leadership and driving operational success.

We're 100% remote! You may work remotely from any location that is compatible with standard PST business hours, from 8:00 am – 4:40 pm Pacific Standard Time.

What you’ll bring to the team:

Executive Support and Operations

  • Provide high-level support to the CEO and other C-level executives by managing calendars, meetings, communications, and priorities.
  • Ensure smooth and organized execution of administrative functions across departments.
  • Assist with contracts, invoices, billing, and bookkeeping using tools like Excel and QuickBooks Online.
  • Draft and follow up on cold emails and other forms of external communication to support business growth.

Project Management and Communication

  • Research and coordinate conference and workshop opportunities for company representation.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and data summaries to support strategic initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between executive leadership and internal or external stakeholders.
  • Organize company data, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all relevant teams.

Business Acumen and Problem-Solving

  • Write compelling business correspondence and assist with deal-related communications.
  • Proactively identify operational challenges and offer effective solutions.
  • Contribute to the improvement of internal systems, helping to streamline processes.

Why we get excited about you:

  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role supporting C-level executives (required).
  • Advanced English proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong business sense—comfortable writing persuasive cold emails and engaging in deal-related support tasks.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively.
  • Proactive problem-solver who is eager to learn, adaptable, and solutions-oriented.
  • Highly dependable and detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
  • Experience using tools such as Google Workspace, Zoom, Excel, and QuickBooks Online is a plus.
  • Based in Latin America (LATAM) and available to work aligned with Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours (8:00 AM–4:40 PM PST).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
