LDPA supports educational organizations and invests in teachers' capabilities to enhance the educational outcomes of LD/ADHD students. Role Description

🌍 We’re Hiring: Remote Graphic Designer (Social Media & Reels Specialist)

Are you a creative powerhouse who gets how to stop the scroll? We’re looking for a Remote Graphic Designer who’s passionate about visual storytelling, skilled in both static and video content creation, and understands the role of SEO in boosting visibility.

🧠 What You’ll Do:

Design social media content: Reels, carousels, single posts, and Stories

Edit and enhance short-form videos for Instagram and TikTok using creative transitions, hooks, and motion text

Maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms

Integrate SEO best practices (alt text, keywords, thumbnails, etc.)

Collaborate remotely with our marketing and content team

Work within weekly content cycles and deadlines

🎨 You’re a Fit If You Have:

3+ years of experience in graphic design (social-first preferred)

A strong portfolio of Reels, posts, and carousels

Mastery of tools like Adobe Suite, Canva Pro, CapCut, or After Effects

A working knowledge of social SEO (hashtags, captions, alt text, keywords)

Creative instincts and attention to storytelling, layout, and trend adaptation

Excellent communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)

💻 Bonus Points For:

Motion graphics experience

Designing paid social ad creatives

Experience with content schedulers (Later, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite)

🕒 This is a part-time remote freelance role (20–30 hrs/week) with flexible hours, performance bonuses, and room to grow.
