About the Role

We’re looking for a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer based in India to help shape the future of our product. You will play a key role in crafting elegant, human-centered designs across both web and mobile platforms. A thoughtful, engaging, and seamless user experience is essential to our continued success—and your expertise will be instrumental in making that vision a reality.

Roles and Responsibilities

·      Lead end-to-end design efforts for web and mobile experiences, from concept through execution.

·      Design intuitive, elegant, and responsive interfaces for both desktop and mobile platforms.

·      Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and content strategists to craft user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

·      Conduct user research and usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate designs based on insights and data.

·      Champion user empathy and accessibility in everything you design.

·      Maintain and evolve design systems, UI kits, and style guides to support a cohesive user experience.

·      Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools and technologies to continuously improve design quality.

·      Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs, providing assets, specifications, and guidance as needed.

·      Balance user experience with business priorities and technical constraints in a fast-paced development environment.

Requirements

·      3+ years of UI/UX design experience, ideally in SaaS or eLearning products.

·      A strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile product design.

·      Proficiency in Figma (our primary design tool), Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.

·      Solid understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.

·      Experience with design systems and component-based UI.

·      Familiarity with user research methods and usability testing.

·      Clear communication skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset.

Nice-to-Haves

·      Experience designing for eLearning platforms or enterprise tools.

·      Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML/CSS/JS).

·      Motion design or micro-interaction experience.
