About Learner Mobile
Learner Mobile helps organizations grow their people through accessible, engaging talent development experiences. We believe learning should feel intuitive, motivating, and human — and the way we show up visually across our digital channels plays a critical role in how people connect with our work.
We operate in a fast-moving space where ideas quickly become experiences, and our digital presence needs to keep pace with both learning trends and modern marketing expectations.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Digital Visual Designer who brings together strong visual craft, creative thinking, and hands-on execution. This role sits at the intersection of brand, marketing, and digital experience and is ideal for someone who enjoys shaping ideas and then bringing them to life across multiple channels.
You’ll help translate ideas, messages, and learning moments into compelling digital experiences across our website, email campaigns, and social media. You’ll also work directly in HubSpot, designing and building pages and campaigns that are not only visually strong but clear, purposeful, and engaging.
If you enjoy seeing your work go live quickly, iterating based on feedback, and maintaining high quality in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.
