About the Role
We're looking for a Graphic Designer who can turn ideas into visually compelling stories across digital channels. You'll work closely with Brand, Content, Product Marketing, and Growth teams to create creatives that engage, inform, and inspire students on their study abroad journey.
If you have a strong eye for design, love experimenting with new formats, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.
The Charter Will Includ
- eDesigning creatives for social media, performance marketing campaigns, websites, landing pages, emailers, and other digital assets
- .Creating visually engaging content that aligns with Leap's brand identity and business goals
- .Collaborating with content, brand, and marketing teams to bring campaigns and ideas to life
- .Developing illustrations, infographics, presentations, and marketing collateral
- .Creating motion graphics and simple animations for digital channels (good to have)
- .Ensuring consistency in design systems, brand guidelines, and visual communication across touchpoints
- .Staying on top of design trends, social media formats, and emerging creative best practices

Ideal Perso
- na1–2 years of experience in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or a similar rol
- e.Proficient in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrato
- r.Basic knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, or motion design tools is a plu
