About the position

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team and support both internal and external branding initiatives. You'll be responsible for designing digital and print assets—brochures, social media posts, email templates, banners, and more—aligned with our omni-channel strategies.

Responsibilities as follow and not limited to:

• Design and deliver marketing materials: brochures, email templates, social media posts, web banners, etc.
• Create internal assets such as PowerPoint templates, Word templates, business cards, and branded merchandise.
• Ensure consistent visual identity across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with team members and meet deadlines on multiple projects.
• Maintain brand guidelines and support creative direction.
• Generate and manipulate graphics and visual content.

Education / Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in graphic design or related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere).
• Experience designing multi-page documents and marketing assets.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, branding, and web/print design.
• Bilingual (English B2/C1 minimum).

Must be located in Colombia (Bogota, Medellin, Bucaramanga, Barranquilla, Cartagena)
