Our platform brings together dispensaries from popular platforms like Weedmaps, Leafly, Dutchie, and I Love Jane, offering users access to a wide range of cannabis products and promotions.

Leaf List is in the process of Closing its 1st Round 2.5M. We are looking for experienced sale professionals in the Cannabis "Cannatech" space such as selling eCommerce platforms, POS, and other SAAS to dispensaries.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Commission to FT Salesperson at Leaf List. The Salesperson will be responsible for driving sales growth, building client relationships, and meeting revenue targets. Daily tasks include identifying sales opportunities, preparing sales presentations, and negotiating contracts with clients.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Cannabis Retail Consultant to assist our clients in optimizing their dispensary operations and retail strategies. This role involves providing expert guidance on merchandising, compliance, and customer engagement to help dispensaries achieve their business goals.

Your will report directly to our VP of Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Retail Consultation: Collaborate with dispensary owners to develop strategies for product placement, inventory management, and customer experience optimization.

Client Support: Provide ongoing assistance to clients, addressing challenges related to compliance, staffing, and retail operations.

Market Analysis: Conduct research on cannabis trends and consumer preferences to inform client strategies.

Training & Education: Educate dispensary staff on product knowledge, compliance requirements, and effective sales techniques.

Operational Guidance: Help clients implement efficient workflows for inventory tracking, POS systems, and order fulfillment.

Compliance Expertise: Ensure clients adhere to state and local cannabis regulations in all aspects of their operations.

Performance Tracking: Analyze sales data and provide actionable recommendations to improve revenue and customer satisfaction.
