LeadVision is looking to hire a full-time, remote Senior Marketing Manager. This position requires a person who is highly skilled in B2B & B2C lead generation, SEM/SEO strategy, email marketing, paid social, competitor analysis, data reporting and forecasting.

The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for:

• Expanding LeadVision’s digital footprint in multiple B2B and B2C verticals.
• Leading a team of six (6) remote marketers.
• Collaborating with marketing team members to expand lead generation efforts for all channels (paid search, paid social, SEO, email marketing, SMS, etc.)
• Monitor and track team performance, milestones, and KPIs.
• Translating business objectives into marketing activity, managing multiple projects, campaigns, timelines and priorities.
• Pinpointing areas of improvement and developing actionable solutions to drive results.
• Develop and execute short and long-term marketing campaigns to generate web-leads.
• Staying up to date on competitors, compliance changes, industry trends and customer trends.
• Working closely with department heads to manage cross-functional revenue generating opportunities.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI & KPIs).
• Interpreting data, formulating reports and making recommendations cross-departments.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in SEM, SEO, programmatic, social, email automation, etc.
• Strong player-coach mindset (contributing collaboratively and individually while simultaneously leading a team).
• Exhibit a dynamic mindset, with the ability to identify new opportunities and drive action.
• Proficiency in project management, multitasking and directing the activities of others.
• Strong ability to lead multiple, large scale projects simultaneously.
• Develop a deep understanding of customers, products and the buyer’s journey.

Salary range: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00, based on relevant industry experience
