Job Title: Associate Marketing Manager / Marketing Operations Specialist
Location: Remote, US (must support PST)
Contract Duration: 6 months
Pay Rate : $48-$50/hr on W2
Daily Responsibilities :
- Support retail experience team with strategic menu recommendations for all seasonal windows for COS and LS, based on insights and performance data.
- Document and populate menu content within internal menu tool, requiring strong attention to detail to identify errors and opportunities, with the ability to act quickly when issues arise.
- Maintain a historical repository and ‘knowledge bank’ of past tests and seasonal campaign results that can be socialized with leaders.
- Review seasonal menu creative proofs for accuracy, identifying errors and providing clear, actionable feedback for revisions
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships across marketing, product and creative studio, to ensure menu content and execution is delivered with excellence.
- Support Licensee Store menus including maintaining assortment grids for nuanced business assortments and understanding implications for unique store sets.

Technology requirements:
• Microsoft Office
• Excel - Basic, data entry, v-lookup and pivot tables
• Understanding of sales data and performance metric
• Oracle or Tableau exp is nice to have (reading, not building dashboards or databases)

• 2-5 years of experience

- Pull and synthesize data within the internal tools
- Data Interpretation (understanding data, being able to read and understand the data)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
- Ability to work in a timely manner and act with urgency
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks
- General business background, project manager, does not need to be exclusive to marketing
Nice-to-Haves:
• Previous QSR menu experience
• Food and beverage exp
• A balance of art and science background
Key projects:
- Supporting season menus in company and licensed stores within the US
- Reviewing signage, menus
- Data Entry, act as the common thread across all menus
Disqualifiers:
- Main background is in product management
- Innovation or creative focused background
- Lacking attention to detail (typos, poor formatting)
- Not comfortable with repetition
- Inability to work independently
