Through events, trade, and development of sales materials, the team is responsible for how clients and partners experience the brand of Warner Bros. Discovery Ad Sales.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop design solutions for marketing and ad sales teams, including presentations, research reports, one-sheets, email blasts, newsletters, trade ads, social content, sponsorship decks, etc.
- Design creative materials for client hospitality, internal, and industry events such as hero/key art, digital invitations, microsites, environmental graphics, signage, and branded premiums.
- Manage project tasks including file management, tracking changes, routing work for proofreading, sending files to vendors, and gaining internal approvals.
Must Have Skills:
- PowerPoint presentation creation experience including developing templates, creating impactful visual layouts, and maintaining consistent formatting and visual style.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for supporting graphics and event collateral.
- Project management experience handling multiple timelines, projects, and deadlines using project management systems.
Nice to Have Skills: Slack, Splash, Monday.com, Ceros, Figma.
Soft Skills: Proactive communication, creativity, attention to detail, organization, and ability to maintain design consistency across deliverables.
Technology Requirements: Experience with Slack, Monday/Airtable, Splash/Ceros, and proficiency in PowerPoint/MS Office, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
