We’re looking for a Director of Marketing (Demand Generation & Performance Marketing) to own and scale customer acquisition, optimize marketing performance, and drive revenue growth. This role is perfect for a senior-level demand generation leader who thrives in a high-impact, hands-on role while managing a small but growing team.
This is a player-coach role—initially, you’ll be hands-on in execution while leading a team responsible for performance marketing, paid media, CRO, and lead generation. You’ll report directly to the CEO and play a key strategic role in shaping our growth marketing efforts.
