Prompt Engineer

What you’ll do:

• Design, test, and optimize advanced prompts for Gemini, GPT, and Claude models.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to craft AI-driven solutions for marketing, sales, and customer engagement.

• Build reusable prompt frameworks and libraries for scalable solutions.

• Continuously experiment to improve model accuracy, personalization, and efficiency.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest LLM techniques, best practices, and research.

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of experience working with LLMs (OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.).

• Strong background in NLP, linguistics, or computational creativity.

• Experience in designing system prompts, few-shot/chain-of-thought strategies, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

• Ability to balance creativity and structure to produce reliable outputs.

• Mid–Senior level experience (we’re looking for specialists, not juniors).

• Bonus: Familiarity with AI for sales/marketing automation.
