We have been retained by an innovative Startup at the intersection of Pet care services and AI-powered Telemedicine for these 2 Positions. Their mission is to revolutionise how pet owners access quality care for their furry companions. They are building a consumer-focused tech platform that seamlessly integrates on-demand pet services with AI-driven telemedicine capabilities, providing pet owners with a comprehensive solution for all their pet care needs especially increasing their life span with innovative AI products to predict and prevent future diseases.
Head - Marketing/Content - Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content and marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Create engaging and informative content across various channels (blog, social media, email, website) to attract and engage pet owners.
- Manage social media presence, fostering a vibrant online community.
- Oversee SEO efforts to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.
- Explore and implement innovative marketing campaigns (online and offline) to expand reach.
- Track, analyse, and report on key performance indicators to optimise marketing effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and support overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in content marketing, ideally within the pet industry.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices and SEO principles.
- Experience with social media management and community building.
- Creative thinker with a passion for pet care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Head - Operations - Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Manage and optimise scheduling, dispatch, and routing for in-person services (e.g., dog walking, pet sitting).
- Implement and refine operational processes for telemedicine consultations, ensuring seamless communication and timely care.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with service providers (veterinarians, pet sitters, etc.).
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of service.
- Manage and analyze operational data to drive informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with other departments (marketing, customer service) to ensure seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret operational data.
- Proficient in using technology and relevant software tools.
- Passion for pets and commitment to their well-being.
This is an equity only role at the moment but will get converted in to a permanent role once the funding is in place. The company is only looking for passionate pet lovers who want to make a difference in their lives.
The Marketing/Content role ideally would be based in Bangalore and the Operations role either in Bangalore or Gurgaon.
