We are hiring an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist with hands-on expertise in running paid campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube & TikTok Ads.
The ideal candidate must have agency experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage ad campaigns independently using their own ad accounts.
Your main responsibility will be to generate high-quality leads, increase traffic, improve engagement, and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities1. Google Ads
- Run Search, Display, Video, Performance Max & Remarketing campaigns.
- Manage keywords, negative keywords, bidding strategies & landing page relevance.
- Track CPC, Quality Score, CTR & conversion performance.
2. Bing Ads (Microsoft Ads)
- Set up and optimize search campaigns for Bing/Yahoo/MSN.
- Manage keyword targeting, demographics & device optimization.
- Improve conversions and lower CPA on Microsoft network.
3. YouTube Ads
- Run In-Stream, Discovery, Bumper & Retargeting campaigns.
- Improve VTR, CTR, audience retention & lead generation.
4. Facebook & Instagram Ads (Meta Ads)
- Create and optimize lead gen, conversion, engagement & remarketing ads.
- Set up Custom Audiences, Lookalikes & advanced targeting.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copy & audiences.
5. TikTok Ads
- Run In-Feed, TopView & Spark Ads.
- Track engagement, conversion behavior & video performance.
- Optimize short video formats for viral reach & low-cost traffic.
Skills Required
- Expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads & TikTok Ads Manager.
- Strong skill in PPC, SEM, SMM & Lead Generation Funnels.
- Ability to create creative ad copies, audience research & strategy planning.
- Strong analytical skills for CPL, CPA, CTR, CPM, ROAS & Conversion Rate.
- Knowledge of marketing funnels, consumer behavior & ad psychology.
- Basic skills in video editing or creative development (bonus).

Requirements
- Must run ads from their own ad accounts (mandatory).
- We will verify activity, setup & results.
- Minimum 1–3 years agency experience required.
- Ability to deliver consistent quality leads.
- Strong English communication is a plus.
