Job Description:

Le-Vel is seeking an experienced and proactive Marketing and Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this collaborative role, you will play a vital part in supporting the execution of marketing initiatives across the company, managing projects, and contributing to the launch of an exciting new direct-to-consumer brand. This position requires a versatile marketer with expertise in media buying, marketing strategy, and advertising, combined with strong project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

App Content Development and Management

Coordinate, create, and update engaging content for the company app to support field education and engagement.
Work with internal teams to ensure app content aligns with marketing strategies and branding.

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Support

Assist in the development and execution of marketing tactics for a new direct-to-consumer brand.
Support media buying efforts and advertising campaigns across various channels.
Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization.

Email Marketing and Website Updates

Collaborate with our Copywriter for new email sequences for marketing campaigns.
Collaborate on website updates to ensure engaging, accurate, and optimized content.

Social Media Strategy and Marketing Funnels

Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness and conversions.
Help create and refine marketing funnels to improve lead generation and sales.

Project Management and ClickUp Coordination

Manage and track project timelines, deliverables, and progress using ClickUp.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met for all marketing initiatives.

Promotions and Field Education

Coordinate and implement promotional campaigns in collaboration with the field team.
Develop educational resources and tools to support the field in promoting Le-Vel products.

Event Support

Assist in the planning and execution of events, including promotions and field training sessions, as needed. Some travel could be required.

Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing and project management.
Proficiency in ClickUp, Canva, Google Workspace, Slack, and editing apps such as InShot or CapCut.
Knowledge of analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Microsoft Clarity.
Strong understanding of media buying and advertising strategies.
