🧳 Full-Time Role

A fast-moving Web3 venture is looking for a Head of Marketing to lead brand, growth, and go-to-market efforts for an upcoming digital asset platform.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role where you’ll build the marketing function from the ground up — crafting narrative, driving user growth, and owning campaigns across multiple channels.

📌 What You’ll Do:

• Lead marketing strategy and execution across content, social, community, partnerships, PR, and growth
• Develop clear, compelling messaging that resonates with crypto-native and institutional audiences
• Launch and manage communities across Twitter, Telegram, and Discord
• Design data-driven campaigns and growth experiments that drive engagement and adoption
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and business teams

📌 What We’re Looking For:

• 6+ years in marketing or growth, including 3+ years in crypto or Web3
• Proven success in launching and scaling user-facing products or platforms
• Strong experience in content, narrative development, and community building
• Comfortable working in lean, fast-paced startup environments
• Data-savvy and hands-on with modern marketing tools and workflows
