Founded by attorney and entrepreneur Allison C. Williams, we offer comprehensive coaching programs that help law firm owners and leaders achieve two key objectives – to make more money (through marketing and sales) and create more free time (through systems and people). Our coaching team and internal staff are industry experts who lead with purpose and push our clients to reach their full potential. What You’ll Do

Law Firm Mentor Marketing Execution:

• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns for Law Firm Mentor (email, social media, content, PPC, SEO).
• Manage internal marketing calendars, content creation, and campaign performance.
• Monitor and optimize digital assets including Google Business Profile, SEO rankings, and paid ads.
• Analyze and report on campaign data, extracting insights to drive higher engagement and ROI.
• Assist with brand consistency and messaging across all touchpoints.
• Assist in managing marketing automation tools (ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, etc.), CRM integrations and reporting tools.
• Run ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) LinkedIn and You Tube (bonus).
• Conduct keyword research and optimize GBP listings and local SEO presence.
• Any and all other marketing activity designed to generate and nurture qualified leads for Law Firm Mentor.

Client-Facing Marketing Coaching and Execution:

• Guide solo and small law firm owners through marketing best practices primarily in group sessions and/or trainings.
• Help clients build and implement their marketing plans, improve automation, and elevate lead generation.
• Coach on tools such as ActiveCampaign, Clio Grow, Lawmatics, Google platforms and other marketing automation tools (experience with legal specific tools is a plus).
• Review client metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Lead or support workshops, trainings, and webinars on digital marketing for law firms.
• Collaborate with our coaching team to hold clients accountable for marketing KPIs and execution.

Who We’re Looking For

You're a marketing execution ninja, with a coach’s heart. You love getting in the weeds of a campaign—then pulling up to show someone else how to do it too. You get a rush from turning data into decisions, and you know how to simplify complex marketing concepts into action steps for others.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing with some coaching/consulting experience.
• Strong command of SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media strategy and execution.
• Proven track record managing and analyzing marketing automation and CRM tools.
• Deep knowledge of GBP optimization and Google Ads.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and YouTube Ads.
• Excellent communication skills and coaching ability—confident in teaching business owners.
• Experience working with law firms.
• Self-starter with strong project management and organizational skills.
