We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with healthcare experience who can also support web-based projects to help expand our reach and patient engagement through effective digital strategies.
This is a 100% remote opportunity but seeking someone in the Tokyo Japan area.
The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing initiatives while supporting web-based projects to improve user experience and lead generation for our healthcare services. You will collaborate with internal teams to develop content, manage digital campaigns, and enhance our online presence in alignment with patient-focused objectives and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to promote healthcare services and initiatives.
- Track, analyze, and report on digital campaign performance, using insights to refine strategies.
- Monitor online reputation and patient reviews to build trust within the community.
- Ensure digital marketing practices align with HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards.
- Stay updated on healthcare and digital marketing trends.
Web-Based Project Support:
- Collaborate with the web team to maintain and update website content to support patient engagement and lead generation.
- Assist with website projects such as landing page builds, content updates, and integrations to support marketing campaigns.
- Ensure websites meet accessibility and compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of digital marketing experience, with at least 1 year in a healthcare environment.
- Experience managing or supporting web-based projects as an Account Manager, Project Manager, or Digital Marketing Specialist or Manager.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare compliance in marketing is preferred.
Ability to speak English and Japanese.
