🚀 We're Hiring: Senior Data Scientist – AI/ML Expert

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Forecast IoT sensor data using time series modeling (ARIMA, LSTM, etc.)
• Consult with clients and stakeholders on AI/ML needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Design and build AI/ML platforms in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake)
• Lead development of ML & deep learning models (TensorFlow, NLP, LLMs, etc.)
• Apply MLOps best practices for scalable model deployment
• Mentor team members and lead cross-functional projects

💼 Requirements:

• Strong experience in time series modeling (ARIMA, LSTM, clustering, anomaly detection) with a focus on predictive maintenance for IoT data
• Proven AI/ML consultant with deep knowledge of architectures, algorithms, and innovations (NLP/NLU, LLMs, transformers, diffusion models)
• End-to-end delivery of AI/ML solutions—from requirements to stakeholder management and resource planning
• Skilled in technical consulting and communicating complex AI concepts to executive and non-technical audiences
• Designed and deployed AI/ML platforms on AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake; expert in Jupyter-based workflows
• Hands-on with data analytics, visualization, and ML using Python, SQL, and Spark
• Experienced in developing predictive models with regression, classification, and deep learning (TensorFlow)
• Specialized in ML techniques: SVMs, PCA, bagging, boosting, clustering, time series
• Built scalable pipelines for structured and unstructured data; strong SQL skills
• Applied MLOps for CI/CD, model deployment, and lifecycle optimization
• Effective in fast-paced, ambiguous environments; strong communicator and team leader with mentoring experience

🎓 Nice to Have (not required):

• BA or MS in Data Science or related field
• Experience with cloud databases: Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery
• Familiar with diagramming tools (Miro, Visio, LucidChart)
• Understanding of UX/design principles
• Background in software development
