Marketing Lead – BLUEMOTH Hearing

Compensation range: $4,000-$4,500/month

Working Hours: PST: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM / CDMX: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM / Bogotá: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM / Buenos Aires: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM / Rio de Janeiro: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

BLUEMOTH Hearing is reinventing how hearing care shows up in the world. Our patients are tech-savvy, convenience-driven, and ready to own their hearing health—and our marketing has to match that same energy: fast, inventive, and accountable.

We’re hiring a Marketing Lead who is obsessed with ROI, thrives in speed, and knows how to turn ideas into results in hours, not weeks. This is a full-time, all-in role—no divided attention, no consulting gigs.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage ad spend day by day, demanding ROI on every dollar.
  • Build and execute campaigns across all digital channels—paid search, social, SEO, affiliates, retargeting, partnerships.
  • Push vendors, hold them accountable, and never accept excuses.
  • Work side-by-side with the sales team—building funnels, aligning on the patient journey, and fueling their success with fresh leads and sharp campaigns.
  • Anticipate and act: founder on a press tour? You’ve already packaged and blasted it across channels.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience driving online sales in healthcare, med-tech, or direct-to-consumer health products.
  • A true operator—hands-on with ads, campaigns, and data.
  • Fierce about project management and deadlines.
  • Strong enough to push back on leadership and vendors when needed.
  • 100% committed to BLUEMOTH Hearing—no side gigs or split focus.
