A little about the position:
The Director of Digital Marketing will be responsible for working with the VP of Marketing to evolve Latham’s digital strategy - aligning marketing, technology, and operations with business goals to enhance customer engagement, increase brand awareness, and drive revenue growth.
Position can be hybrid or fully remote but must work anywhere within Eastern Standard Time.
This position supports the Latham master brand across North America in addition to acquisition brands Radiant and GLI, Narellan Pools in Canada and Coverstar, Latham’s automatic safety cover brand.
Job Summary:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, email), ensuring an optimal mix between brand awareness and performance marketing.
- Develop strategies to drive qualified traffic to the website(s) and landing pages through SEO, SEM, display media, paid social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, integrated campaigns, and other lead generation and traffic driving strategies and tactics.
- Coordination with IT on connecting the dots between all system interfaces to ensure seamless transition of lead flow to builder partners.
- Manage and optimize various digital marketing channels, including website, social media, email marketing, and online advertising platforms.
- Oversee automation strategy and systems for email nurture campaigns.
- Manage digital integration between the Latham Masterbrand and recent acquisitions.
- Manage budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations.
- Analyze data and identify trends to inform future strategies and campaigns.
- Regularly report on digital marketing performance and ROI to senior management.
- Management of external agency partners and vendors.
- Ensure a consistent brand experience across all digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, product) to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Coordinate content across multiple online/offline communications channels, including but not limited to company websites, campaign-specific microsites, social media channels, PR efforts, industry events and traditional print channels.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
What You Bring to the Table: (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, internet marketing management or a related field.
- 10-15 years of online marketing management/digital strategy experience is required; specific experience in a manufacturing, consumer goods, B2B and/or B2C organization is preferred.
- Proficient in performance marketing/lead generation strategies.
- Experience designing online customer experiences and maintaining corporate websites.
- Expertise in user site navigation strategies and outbound Web marketing programs.
- Experience with Augmented Reality (AR.)
- Intermediate aptitude with CRM, Photoshop, HTML coding, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), WordPress (CMS), and social aggregation software.
- Ability to analyze and visualize data, report findings and implement relevant and effective optimizations.
- Working knowledge of current search engine optimization (SEO) methodologies, web analytics and Google Analytics.
- Experience successfully building, coaching, and motivating high performing teams and working cross-functionally.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to occasionally travel domestically for internal and agency meetings as needed.

Salary Range: $120,000-$170,000
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across US geographic markets. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
Bonus: MIB tier 2,17.5% of base salary
