Job Role: Odoo Developer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Odoo Developer to join our team and help design, develop, and maintain custom solutions within the Odoo ERP platform. In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient business solutions using both standard and custom Odoo modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules (both frontend and backend)
• Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Integrate third-party applications and APIs with Odoo
• Optimize and troubleshoot existing Odoo solutions for performance and usability
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following best practices
• Support end-users during rollout, training, and ongoing maintenance
• Participate in system upgrades and migrations between Odoo versions
• Contribute to technical documentation and code reviews

Required Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience with Odoo (v13 and above)
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with Odoo ORM
• Good understanding of PostgreSQL databases
• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and QWeb templating
• Experience working with Odoo Studio, Odoo.sh, or on-premise installations
• Understanding of Odoo’s modular architecture and security model
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• English Level C1+
