This role is hired as a contractor, 100% Remote and, payment in USD. English proficiency is required (C1 or above)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the digital marketing strategy across paid media, SEO, and owned channels
- Manage and grow owned channels, including email marketing via HubSpot and social media platforms
- Plan, build, and optimize 10 core holiday campaigns throughout the year, along with weekly promotional and evergreen campaigns
- Track campaign performance across all channels and deliver weekly reports with KPIs, insights, and recommendations
- Own the customer lifecycle from acquisition through retention, using segmentation and automation tools
- Oversee eCommerce catalog strategy, including product positioning, pricing reviews, and promotional planning
- Monitor competitor activity using competitive intelligence platforms to identify opportunities and trends
- Analyze key performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, LTV, conversion rate, and retention
- Collaborate with product, creative, and operations teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of marketing efforts
- Manage external agencies and freelancers (as needed) while executing core responsibilities in-house
- Use content marketing to tell the story behind our sourcing, quality, and culinary inspiration
Qualifications & Skills
- 4+ years of experience in eCommerce marketing, ideally in DTC food, CPG, or premium/luxury goods. We are looking for a seasoned eCommerce professional.
- Required experience with Shopify and managing eCommerce storefronts
- Proven experience running campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
- Experience with HubSpot and analytics platforms like GA4 and Looker
- Strong understanding of eCommerce attribution models and customer journey tracking
- Experience managing eCommerce product catalogs, including pricing strategy and SKU-level analysis
- Experience with competitor tracking tools (e.g., Similarweb, Semrush, PriceSpider, etc.)
- Proficient in A/B testing, CRO, and campaign optimization
- Strong communication and copywriting skills with a passion for storytelling
- Organized, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment
- Bonus points for culinary knowledge or food industry experience
