Str. Junior Project Manager (Ukraine)

LaSoft is an IT outsourcing company that designs, builds, and delivers web and mobile applications worldwide, working across various domains including marketing, healthcare, law compliance, insurance, and HR management.

We are looking for a Strong Junior Project Manager / Project Coordinator to join our team and grow together with us.

You will join a project related to a web application solution that helps calculate the development cost of web and mobile applications.

As a Project Manager, you will collaborate closely with the development team and QA engineers.

Requirements

English — Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher

Good knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban)

1–2 years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator in IT

Understanding of project phases and project documentation

Experience facilitating sprint ceremonies (planning, review, retrospectives)

Experience using task-tracking tools (Jira, Trello, or similar)

Ability to write simple user stories and define acceptance criteria

WOULD BE A PLUS

Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Experience preparing project roadmaps, timelines, or status reports

Participation in PM trainings or certification programs (e.g., Scrum Master, PMI, etc.)
