Automation QA Engineer (Contractor) Ukraine

We are looking for a skilled Automation Quality Assurance engineer to join an innovative online education platform dedicated to providing students with high-quality, flexible learning opportunities. The platform is designed to support families and students by offering a safe, digital-first learning environment that allows children to learn at their own pace from home.

Team: 1-2 Quality Assurance professionals, 2-4 developers, Business Analyst, Team Lead, Project/Scrum Master, UI/UX Designer.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in automating tests (API & UI)
• Proficiency in SDLC, STLC, and white-box testing methods
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and test automation frameworks
• Technical expertise in Playwright, TypeScript
• Familiarity with Git and testing tools
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage automated test scripts for API and UI testing
• Design and enhance test automation frameworks
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Analyze test outcomes, detect, and document defects
• Enhance test automation strategies for efficiency
• Maintain clear documentation of test automation approaches
