LARUS Limited, a leading player in the B2B space, is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be tasked with managing and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Twitter Ads, while handling multiple advertising accounts. The ideal candidate should also be proficient in using digital marketing tools to enhance campaign effectiveness and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Twitter Ads to meet business goals and ensure high performance.
- Account Management: Oversee multiple accounts simultaneously, ensuring campaigns run smoothly and within budget.
- Reporting & Analytics: Use data to track performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness. Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio is a must.
- Integration Tools: Leverage digital marketing platforms such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and SpyFu to analyze market trends, track competitor performance, and perform keyword research for effective ad targeting and SEO optimization.
- Social Media Optimization: Improve the performance of social media accounts, using analytics and social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, and Sprout Social.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align advertising strategies with broader marketing goals.
- Market Trend Monitoring: Stay informed of the latest trends and innovations in digital marketing, ensuring LARUS Limited stays ahead of the curve.
Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience managing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Twitter Ads with a proven track record in optimizing campaigns and managing multiple accounts.
- Tool Proficiency: Strong experience in using marketing tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Moz, and SpyFu for campaign optimization and competitor analysis.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and provide insights that drive campaign performance.
- B2B Expertise: Experience in B2B marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Attention to Detail: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Conversational skills in both Chinese and English are required.
