The RoleLark is seeking a talented Engineering Manager to lead our growing Accounts Engineering team. This team is critical to Lark’s success as it enables users to enroll in our app. As an engineering manager at Lark, you'll use modern technology to include; DynamoDB, Serverless, review code in Go and TS, and own microservices in an event-driven system. What You’ll Do

• Manage the team responsible for the backend infrastructure that drives user acquisition for Lark, such as eligibility processing and user authentication
• Coordinate the team’s efforts in core development using agile methodology, in partnership with the team’s Technical Project Manager
• Prioritize incoming feature and support requests against proof-of-concept and code maintenance, in collaboration with the team’s Product Manager
• Work closely with the frontend team that relies on the accounts engineering team’s backend infrastructure What You’ll Need:
• Experience developing or reviewing code in Go, C++, Java or other strongly-typed, concurrent language
• Expertise in Go is desired but not necessary
• Experience with microservice architecture and cloud technologies (AWS is a plus)
• Experience with testing frameworks, GoConvey or Jest
• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL technologies, DynamoDB is a plus
• Exposure to TypeScript is nice-to-have
• Knowledge of SSO practices and OAuth workflows a plus
• 2+ years as a team lead and/or manager leading a team Working at Lark
  Lark offers the option to work remotely in the United States. For Colorado Applicants only: minimum annual salary is $172,000 (minimum salary varies for other geographies).
