Lead and mentor a technical team (minimum 5 members, including on/offshore mix) for SQL, Oracle, and InRule projects.
Analyze high-level functional and non-functional requirements to deliver detailed specifications.
Interact with business stakeholders (Product Owner, BA) to elicit and clarify requirements and acceptance criteria.
Conduct impact assessments based on specification details.
Collaborate with developers to address and clarify design queries and approaches.
Work with architectural teams to design new API/application flows.
Prepare technical solution documents and present/review at Scrum level for team alignment.
Oversee team assignments, development, and adherence to strategic and coding best practices.
Develop and review PL/SQL code, InRule business rules, and backend procedures/functions/packages.
Ensure compliance with quality control processes, manage defect logs, and support testing/audits.
Participate in release planning, production deployments, and release normalization.
Manage defect tracking, fixing, and deployment activities.
Coordinate escalations, logic re-use, and ensure accuracy/efficiency in solutions.
Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement solutions for production issues.
Guide developer/tester teams during critical (WAR room) situations.
Actively participate in all Agile ceremonies (PI planning, daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos).
Utilize expertise in SQL Server, Oracle PL/SQL, InRule (or other BRMS tools), and related development toolsets.
Apply application development experience (8-10 years), including Java/J2EE and decision tree/classification rule design.
Use DevOps tools (JIRA, GIT) and database management toolsets (TOAD, SQL Loader, etc.).
Experience in Healthcare, CRM, or Insurance domains preferred.
Strong communication skills required.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics/Communications, or IT (or equivalent experience).
Preferred certifications: Microsoft & Oracle Certified Professional, SAFe/Scrum Alliance Certified.
Must specify team size led in past projects (3-5 years Tech Lead experience mandatory).
