• Improve discovery exercises
• Communicate effectively across teams, clients, and stakeholders
• Lead design-centric meetings
• Present work with clarity and connection
• Model effective workflow management
• Contribute to team documentation
• Drive design planning conversations
• Identify and implement project efficiencies
• Ensure clear and detailed design handoffs to developers
• Participate in project retrospectives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, multimedia design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience, including leading projects independently
• Expert proficiency in Figma
• Strong understanding of UX principles
• Deep knowledge of visual design principles
• Experience designing for accessibility (WCAG compliance) and responsive, scalable design systems
• Ability to balance design constraints
• Highly organized and self-directed
• Confident, persuasive communicator
• Strong problem-solving skills
• A strong portfolio showcasing complex design solutions, strategic thinking, and leadership in projects.
