Job Summary
- Lead and mentor a software development team specializing in Customer Identity & Application Security (CIAM) product area.
- Drive full lifecycle software development (design, development, deployment, maintenance) with a focus on secure, scalable solutions.
- Emphasize expertise in customer identity and access management, including hands-on experience with OIDC, SAML2, and OKTA platform.
- Guide technical solution design and implementation of web applications using TypeScript, CSS, C#.NET, and Angular.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders (analysts, architects, QA, and other leads) to deliver high-visibility projects.
- Mentor, coach, and provide technical leadership to development teams; review and provide feedback on code.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in application security and identity management.
- Implement best practices in Agile/Scrum environments and promote collaborative team culture.
- Advise and stay current on emerging technologies in web development, CI/CD, AWS cloud, and application security.
- Ensure application security through vulnerability scanning tools (e.g., Snyk, RAPID7) and open-source governance.
- Participate in on-call rotation for production support and issue resolution.
