Perform complex data science and engineering work for TWC’s Enterprise Data Warehouse.
Analyze, design, develop, test, and document ETL (Extraction, Transformation, Load) processes using Informatica, with a focus on data quality, profiling, and relationships.
Develop and document processes to extract and prepare data for accurate and reliable reporting.
Conduct complex data analysis, visualization, data cleansing, and data quality assessment from multiple sources.
Define and document technical architecture; support and maintain data warehouse operations.
Assess data in TWC’s Virtual One Stop system for potential quality issues impacting reporting, especially related to WIOA performance and federal (PIRL/WIPS) reporting.
Evaluate and improve existing analytics models, data processing, and performance tracking for state and local workforce programs.
Communicate findings, gap analyses, conclusions, and recommendations via comprehensive written reports, including actionable resolution plans.
Collaborate and communicate with project stakeholders, management, and other relevant parties concerning methodology, approach, and schedules.
Ensure compliance with standards for data management, modeling, and quality in a data warehouse environment.
Provide solutions for mismatched data in case management systems.
Perform all other duties as assigned to support ongoing operations and data reporting needs.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years in ETL design and development using Informatica, including cloud environments.
8+ years in data warehouse (relational and dimensional) development and testing, preferably with Oracle.
8+ years of experience in data science, data modeling, and developing algorithms/models for data mining and analysis.
3+ years of experience addressing mismatched data in case management systems.
Preferred
5+ years with multiple RDBMS (DB2, SQL Server, Oracle).
5+ years with data modeling tools (Erwin or equivalent).
3+ years with Amazon Web Services.
Additional experience with case management data quality solutions.
