Product Marketing's goal is to generate customer insights that inform Laravel's product strategy, and lead go-to-market for our suite of products. We're a small company (50!) so you'll wear many hats and cover a lot of ground. You need to be comfortable diving in, learning, and creating context for
What You'll Do
Dissect the funnel and our data → Work closely with with Data and Product teams to understand each part of the user journey and how we can improve and minimize drop-off. Help define, track, and analyze key product metrics to inform decision-making and measure success.
Improve our onboarding & in-product experience → Work closely with Lifecycle Marketing, DevRel, and Product to get more users deploying their projects on Cloud by using data and qualitative insights to understand what is getting in their way. Identify low-performing features and workflows and work towards improving these by designing and conducting experiments A/B tests, etc.
Keep learning → Continuously experiment, analyze, and iterate. Identify what's working and optimize, and know when to pivot strategies that aren't delivering.
