Primary Purpose
Provides operational support and contributes to software development for
an application that interfaces with hospitals electronic health records
(EHRs) to deliver data to public-health agencies. Establishes a robust
technical-support structure and ensures its continued maintenance and
improvement. As product matures, evolves focus from development to a
balance of hands-on user support and engineering responsibilities.
A Successful Candidate Will Do The Following

Relevant certifications such as ITIL Foundation, ServiceNow, or
AWS/Azure
Portfolio of writing samples demonstrating proficiency in communication
