Key Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement scalable growth marketing strategies across multiple channels, including paid ads, SEO, content, email, and social media.
Design and execute lead generation campaigns to drive qualified leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
Optimize marketing automation and CRM tool (GoHighLevel) to streamline workflows and enhance customer engagement.
Strategy Development
Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for social media, video content, and digital campaigns aligned with business objectives.
Develop retention strategies to increase customer lifetime value and reduce churn.
Content & Creative Execution
Generate compelling, brand-relevant concepts for multimedia content that drives audience engagement and conversion.
Partner with design, copywriting, and digital teams to produce high-quality, on-brand assets.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
Monitor campaign metrics, derive actionable insights, and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.
Conduct A/B tests and analyze customer journeys to improve conversion rates.
Work & Collaborate
Work and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, product, and sales, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing initiatives.
Partner with design, copywriting, and digital teams to produce high-quality, on-brand assets.
Industry & Trend Awareness
Stay informed on emerging digital trends, platform updates, and competitive best practices to maintain a cutting-edge approach.
Identify and test innovative growth tactics to improve marketing performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media strategy, or content creation, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Experience in Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude ai, Gemini) to enhance content creation, optimize ad copy, and personalize customer interactions at scale.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing high-impact marketing campaigns (portfolio or case studies required)
- Experience in Google Analytics, CRM (especially GoHighLevel or Hubspot), and other marketing automation tools.
- Exceptional communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead initiatives in a collaborative environment.
- Preferred: Experience with multimedia production (video, graphic design) or influencer marketing.
