Project Manager – Digital Marketing Agency (Full-Time, Remote, EST Hours)

About Us

Landscape Maverick is a fast-growing digital marketing agency serving landscapers and hardscapers across the U.S. We build websites, run SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, branding kits, and advanced lead automation. Our lean team delivers big results — and now we need a Project Manager to keep everything running smoothly as we scale.

What You’ll Do

• Own our ClickUp workspace: organize projects, assign tasks, track deadlines.
• Manage client onboarding (logins, forms, assets) and keep projects moving.
• Take client feedback (via CSM), delegate to the team, and ensure issues are resolved.
• Manage freelancers and vendors to ensure fulfillment and quality.
• QC deliverables (websites, SEO, ads) and guarantee on-time, high-quality work.
• Report directly to the Operations Manager with project updates and risks.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years project management experience in a digital marketing agency.
• Strong understanding of websites, SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads.
• Proven experience managing remote teams, freelancers, and vendors.
• Skilled with PM tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, etc.).
• Excellent communicator, detail-oriented, proactive problem solver.

Role Details

• Full-time, 40 hrs/week (EST 8AM – 6PM).
• Fully remote.
