Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality software following coding standards and best practices
• Apply secure coding practices based on OWASP guidelines
• Perform unit testing (TDD experience is a plus)
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues
• Improve code quality, performance, and maintainability
• Participate in System Integration Testing (SIT)
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation
• Work in an Agile/Scrum development environment
• Deliver tasks on time and communicate project progress proactively

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of Software Engineering experience
• Strong programming skills in one or more of the following:
• Java (Spring Boot preferred)
• C/C++
• C#
• Python
• JavaScript
• Good understanding of programming concepts, algorithms, and software design
• Knowledge of Database Management Systems (DBMS)
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn new technologies
