Role: QA Tester
Duration: Till year end
Location: Poland (Remote)
Duties:
• Develop and maintain the test automation framework and CI/CD practices following a Test-driven prompt engineering approach, with ability to identify biases, discrepancies, errors or irrelevant content across diverse use cases
• You will act as a quality assurance member playing a critical role in ensuring the project employ effective methods that prioritize high-quality product results while considering the fitness for use and time-to-market.
• Support in mitigation product risks by supporting release management procedures, applying defect prevention techniques and evaluating functional and non-functional quality characteristics
• You're the voice of product to DS team and the eyes/ears from product side. Oversee key data science development from product side, work closely and hands-on with DS team, know the trade-offs that are being made there by the DS team and ensure we’re doing the right things from user perspective
• You’ll work hands-on with data and code as you’ll conduct your own experiments (e.g., prompt engineering, testing of key data science features, trial and error of new potential improvements, etc.), make improvements in the code if needed, perform quality tests
• Manage, log and prioritize bugs, ensure the most critical ones are being worked on
Skills:
• Ideal background is a generalist who knows how to code and was a Data Scientist before in product development
• Very strong product mindset- rockstar on impact identification for product improvements from business for Data Science side and strong critical thinking required to ensure we're doing the right experiments and we’re making the right assumptions from user/business side
• Python - able to understand and make simple changes to the Python code itself and know how GenAI/LLMs work (LangChain is beneficial).
• Self standing - Able to structure and drive your own workstream, make your own plan to ensure we’re doing is impactful for the product, write requirements if needed, work in a x-functional team and ensure e2e delivery of features. There will be a daily 30 min checkpoints with a Manager who has data science background but the agenda is driven by you
• Very driven, superstrong on execution and output orientation, likes to get stuff done attitude. Able to work in complex and very fast paced environment.
• Generalist toolkit - e.g. Strong Communications, strong PMO, prioritization skills, organized, etc. Excel and PowerPoint are not important
• Holds their ground, opinionated, not afraid to speak up at any level
• Passionate about building GenAI products
• Some familiarity with agile principles and product development is helpful
• Willing to shift their day if needed (the team is half-and-half split across Europe and US ET)
• Notion familiarity is a bonus.
