🚀 Request for Proposals (RFP) – PCO & Marketing & Communications Service Providers

LambEx26 is seeking experienced service providers to help deliver Australia’s premier lamb industry conference! We invite proposals from

• PCO - Suitably qualified Professional Conference Organisers with expertise in large-scale agricultural and/or industry events to deliver a high-quality, engaging, and seamless conference experience that meets the expectations of our diverse stakeholders.
• M&CSP - Suitably experienced and creative marketing and communications partners to develop and execute a strategic, high-impact campaign that enhances brand visibility, engages key stakeholders, and drives attendance for LambEx26.

🐑 About LambEx 2026

LambEx is the flagship event for Australia’s sheep industry, bringing together producers, industry leaders, and stakeholders for a world-class conference and exhibition. Following the success of LambEx24, we return to the Adelaide Convention Centre from 8-10 July 2026 and are committed to delivering an impactful, innovative, and well-executed experience in 2026.

Key Details of the RFP include:

• Project Scope: LambEx - PCO + Marketing & Communications Services
• Submission Deadline: 11.59pm AEDT, Sunday 23rd March 2025
• Proposal Response: To be provided in the Response Template
• Contract Term: 1 July 2025 – 31 October 2026

Please note that separate RFP's have been issued specifically for Marketing & Communications Services and PCO services. Respondents are welcome to submit proposals for either or both RFPs, depending on their capabilities and experience. This approach ensures that the event benefits from the highest level of expertise in both event management and strategic marketing and communications.
