Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Lead – Automotive to lead and manage the company’s overall marketing function. The role will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy, generating qualified leads, strengthening the brand, supporting sales growth,

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual and monthly marketing strategy and plans.
• Lead all digital and traditional marketing activities.
• Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
• Develop and manage Lead Generation strategies to support sales targets.
• Manage and optimize CRM activities, customer journeys, and lead sources.
• Oversee social media, content, branding, and online presence.
• Monitor Media Buying performance and optimize ROI, CAC, CPL, and conversion rates.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the UAE automotive market.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources.
• Prepare marketing performance reports, dashboards, and recommendations for senior management.
• Work closely with the Sales team to align marketing activities with business and sales objectives.
• Manage external agencies, suppliers, freelancers, and marketing partners.
• Develop and execute campaigns, promotions, and marketing initiatives for new and used vehicles.
• Analyze campaign performance and implement corrective actions based on data.
• Build and develop the marketing team as the function grows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of marketing experience, preferably within the automotive.
• Strong hands-on experience in Digital Marketing and Lead Generation.
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM, Google Analytics, and marketing reporting tools.
• Proven ability to lead marketing activities and manage multiple channels.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Good understanding of the UAE automotive market.
• Excellent English communication skills.
