Role: Marketing Project Manager

Hours: 8am - 4pm Eastern Standard Time

Hourly Wage: $10.00 - $15.00 (Open to negotiation based on experience)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to support our production and project management efforts. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our projects by assisting with quality assurance, task management, and overall project oversight. Requirements

Quality Assurance (QA) Support

• Review completed tasks, website updates, and other deliverables to ensure they meet project requirements and high-quality standards
• Identify, document, and report any issues or inconsistencies for resolution before final approval
• Collaborate with the team to implement improvements and maintain quality control throughout the project lifecycle

Task Management

• Assist the team in maintaining workflow efficiency by tracking and updating task statuses
• Follow up with team members to ensure tasks are progressing according to schedule
• Coordinate handoffs between departments, ensuring seamless transitions and timely completion of deliverables

Project Management

• Monitor project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables align with outlined requirements
• Proactively identify bottlenecks or potential roadblocks and collaborate with the team to address them
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and any necessary adjustments

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar role
• Experience in digital marketing with a focus on website management and creative content
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Trello, or similar) is a plus
