Role: Growth Marketing Specialist
Hours: 8am - 5pm Mountain Standard Time
Hourly Wage: $7 - $9 (Open to negotiation based on experience)
We are seeking a results-driven Growth Marketer to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in driving customer engagement, nurturing leads, and supporting our overall marketing efforts through compelling email campaigns. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of email marketing best practices and tools.
Responsibilities
Strategy Development:
- Design and implement email marketing strategies to achieve business goals, such as lead generation, customer retention, and sales growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align email campaigns with overall marketing initiatives and branding.
- Support Paid Ads
Campaign Execution:
- Plan, create, and execute targeted email campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, product launches, and drip campaigns.
- Develop engaging and personalized email content, including subject lines, email copy, and calls-to-action (CTAs).
- Ensure campaigns are mobile-friendly and optimized for various devices.
List Management:
- Manage and grow email subscriber lists while maintaining data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
- Segment audiences based on customer behavior, demographics, and preferences for tailored messaging.
Performance Analysis:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on email campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates.
- Identify trends and opportunities for optimization to improve campaign effectiveness.
Automation and Tools:
- Implement email marketing automation workflows using tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar platforms.
A/B Testing and Optimization:
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, email designs, and content to identify what drives the best results.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Growth Marketer or in a similar digital marketing role.
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo).
- Strong understanding of email marketing principles, including segmentation, automation, and deliverability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for persuasive copywriting.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is advantageous.
