Traveling Senior Project Manager – Mission Critical

For our client, we are seeking a Traveling Senior Project Manager – Mission Critical to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will drive meaningful impact across key initiatives and partner cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes. You will work closely with stakeholders to execute against strategic priorities and scale performance. The position offers the opportunity to influence both strategy and execution in a high-growth environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $160,000 – $250,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Act as the main accountability point for assigned projects
• Lead project management from preconstruction to closeout
• Manage all contractual aspects, including procurement and risk mitigation
• Develop project forecasts and ensure financial control
• Oversee project billing and maintain financial accuracy
• Guide client meetings and contract execution
• Coordinate internal departments to ensure effective project execution
• Mentor and develop project team members

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction or management experience
• 5+ years managing hyperscale or colocation data center projects
• History of delivering complex projects valued between $25M and $100M
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar field
• Strong grasp of construction phases and mission-critical requirements
