Technical Program Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Technical Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will drive meaningful impact across key initiatives and partner cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes. You will work closely with stakeholders to execute against strategic priorities and scale performance. The position offers the opportunity to influence both strategy and execution in a high-growth environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $140,000 – $200,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of a large-scale DevSecOps and cloud modernization program
• Shape strategy and lead assessments across applications, cloud environments, and operations
• Define clear roadmaps, priorities, and execution plans based on insights
• Build and scale modern DevSecOps practices (CI/CD, infrastructure as code)
• Drive implementation of cloud-native platforms and modernization of applications
• Champion automation and standardization to improve team delivery processes
• Build, mentor, and grow high-performing, multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government clearance
• Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of experience leading technology delivery, programs, or consulting engagements
• Experience leading DevSecOps and cloud modernization efforts
• Experience shaping strategy and building actionable roadmaps
• Experience delivering multi-phase transformation initiatives
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern delivery practices
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
