SURE/ Principal - SAP Utilities Project Manager

For our client, we are seeking a SURE/ Principal - SAP Utilities Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This role will drive meaningful impact across key initiatives and partner cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes. You will work closely with stakeholders to execute against strategic priorities and scale performance. The position offers the opportunity to influence both strategy and execution in a high-growth environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $154,395 – $193,125 annually

Responsibilities

• Serve as Program Lead for SAP transformation engagements, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and quality
• Lead executive client engagements, including governance forums and C-level communications
• Establish robust program governance and executive reporting aligned with consulting standards
• Lead SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, coordinating multiple workstreams
• Partner with utility leaders to align SAP outcomes with business objectives
• Manage dependencies across complex utility landscapes
• Own program financials, including forecasting and margin protection
• Ensure business readiness and successful go-live execution

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading enterprise programs with ownership of SAP or ERP transformations
• Experience in a client-facing consulting role with senior executives
• Strong background in SAP programs, especially SAP S/4HANA
• Experience delivering programs for Utility clients (Electric, Gas, Water)
• Ability to manage complex, multi-workstream, multi-vendor programs
• Excellent executive communication and leadership presence
• Willingness to travel 50-75% for client needs
