Staff Visual Designer, Craft & Interface Design - Web & Mobile Apps, Emerging Experiences

For our client, we are seeking a Staff Visual Designer, Craft & Interface Design - Web & Mobile Apps, Emerging Experiences to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will drive meaningful impact across key initiatives and partner cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes. You will work closely with stakeholders to execute against strategic priorities and scale performance. The position offers the opportunity to influence both strategy and execution in a high-growth environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $188,200 – $288,500 annually

Responsibilities

• Create refined interface designs with clarity and hierarchy
• Produce high-fidelity layouts defining look and feel of future experiences
• Develop visual hierarchies and composition systems for complex products
• Explore visual direction through rapid concepting and tangible artifacts
• Design interface states, transitions, and micro-interactions for usability improvement
• Translate brand expression into high-craft digital design
• Provide visual critique to elevate design quality across the organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years in visual, product, UX, or interface design for web/mobile
• Expertise in typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to create polished high-fidelity design artifacts
• Proficiency in Figma and visual design workflows
• Strong collaboration skills in a distributed environment
