For our client, we are seeking a Staff Product Manager Residential CRM to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a technology-driven environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $168,200 – $224,900 annually
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap for Residential CRM across various technical and market functions
- Engage directly with residential contractors and CSRs to gather customer insights and feedback
- Develop pricing and packaging strategies, particularly focusing on monetizing AI-enhanced product features
- Collaborate with marketing to create effective go-to-market strategies and position the product successfully
- Establish customer onboarding frameworks to ensure timely value realization for users
- Work closely with sales and customer success teams to refine the commercial approach and improve conversion rates
Qualifications
- 7+ years in product management with a proven history of scaling products from initial concept to market success
- Extensive experience with CRM, marketing automation, or customer lifecycle products, with knowledge of their backend functioning
- Strong perspective on AI-first product design, emphasizing practical applications beyond mere feature integration
- Experience in vertical SaaS markets or serving mid-market/enterprise clients in high-volume environments
- Ability to interact effectively with both customers and leadership in a dynamic team culture
