For our client, we are seeking a Staff Data Scientist Growth Analytics to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a healthcare environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $170,000 – $200,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Own the marketing analytics strategy and end-to-end funnel
- Manage the product analytics domain and member experience
- Present the executive narrative around marketing and product performance
- Lead the experimentation program, focusing on causal inference
- Develop and refine the attribution framework for marketing channels
- Contribute as an analytical lead to the Growth Marketing team
- Ensure the integrity and quality of marketing and product data models
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; Master's preferred
- 8+ years in data science or analytics with proven growth impact
- Expertise in experimentation and causal inference methods
- Strong background in attribution modeling and lifecycle analytics
- Experience with product analytics instrumentation and event tracking
- Proficient in SQL and Python; deep experience with dbt and semantic layer design
- Familiarity with AI-native tools and context engineering for BI
