Staff Data Product Manager - US (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Staff Data Product Manager - US (remote) to join the team of a leader in the Media space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a Media environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $160,000 – $190,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of agent-managed and MLS data into a single architecture
• Define the product vision for the Listing Suite, creating a seamless agent experience
• Collaborate with data engineering on unified data models and migration strategies
• Develop and release AI-powered search features to enhance consumer listing discovery
• Establish a prioritized data product roadmap aligned with market opportunities
• Ensure timely delivery of new data product offerings, maintaining a fast-paced release cadence

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, with 3+ years for data products or data-intensive applications
• Hands-on experience with MLS data and IDX/RETS/RESO standards governing real estate
• Proven track record of launching data products from conception to market
• Familiarity with data architecture and collaboration with data engineers on product capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools for product development and workflows
